We manufacture and supply our standard off the shelf gauging systems. We also work closely with customers to provide the customized and cost effective solutions for their measuring requirements, which in turn increase their productivity and reduce the cost.

Our Services
EMIDAS will provide the end to end solutions to the customers for their all measuring requirements, starting from requirement analysis, providing the concept, manufacture the mechanical fixture, interface with electronic units & PC and develop necessary software for further data analysis and representation.
Annual Maintenance Contract
EMIDAS also undertakes periodic maintenance and calibration of Sensor/ Digital Instruments. Devices are serviced, spares covered under warranty are replaced free of cost in case of need. Periodic maintenance ensures smooth functioning of measuring instruments and waives off production loss due to ad-hoc breakdowns. With end of each schedule, instruments are re-calibrated and Certificates are issued for traceability and Audit purpose. Entering into an AMC proves to be hassle free, efficient and cost effective solution for high precision manufacturers.
Repair and Servicing
EMIDAS undertake repair and maintenance work of all types of digital sensors and related interface electronics, reconfigure software parameters for smooth data collection.
Training and Consultancy
EMIDAS also offers training as well as services in the area of IOT, Industry 4.0. Digital transformation, Data Analytics, AI and ML, Dimensional Measurement, Statistical Process Control, Measurement System Analysis, Six Sigma.
